- I've been meaning to try this recipe for ages, but haven't gotten around
- to it yet. It sounds pretty good to me, though. I imagine if you used
- low- or non-fat mayonnaise and non-fat buttermilk, it would be pretty
- low in fat.
-
- Ranch-Style Dressing
-
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 Tbsp finely chopped green onion tops
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp minced parsley
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder or 1/2 to 1 garlic clove, finely minced
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
-
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Refrigerate. Makes 2 cups.
